After 35 years in non-profit leadership roles, the past twenty-four of those as Chief Executive Officer of The Dan Marino Foundation, Mary’s visionary leadership brings forth groundbreaking solutions leveraging technology to promote inclusivity and address systemic barriers faced by individuals with autism.

Mary is recognized as a national leader within the neurodiversity community, responsible for innovative solutions utilizing virtual and augmented reality, focused on career services, post secondary education, and independent living.

During Mary’s tenure with The Dan Marino Foundation, she founded the Marino Autism Research Institute at Vanderbilt University and Marino Campus post secondary schools in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. She served as a member of the Florida Governor’s Autism Task Force and President Obama’s Developmental Disability Advisory. Mary has presented at national conferences including the SAP: Autism at Work, Google Ed Foo, and the United Nations.  Mary has positioned the Foundation to lead in the development of technology that addresses the challenges faced by people with autism and other developmental disabilities. Partnering with the University of Southern California Institute of Creative Technologies, the Foundation developed ViTA-DMF—a mixed reality software revolutionizing job interview preparation.

 In 2022, acknowledging the significant role technology plays in enhancing "quality of life", Mary founded QL TechWorks, a company committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals navigating life’s hurdles.

Alban Delmarre

Alban Delamarre, PhD, graduated in 2020 and quickly immersed himself in the field of technology and inclusivity. He commenced his post-graduate journey at the Dan Marino Foundation, where he spearheaded research and development efforts focused on designing extended reality software. This software aimed to assist individuals, particularly those in the neuro-diverse population, in honing their social and independent living skills.

In 2022, Dr. Delamarre transitioned to QL TechWorks, taking charge of research and development for inclusive software. His expertise contributes to the creation of software designed to support individuals in attaining their highest Quality of Life.

Anna M. Maynard

Anna Maynard, equipped with a Masters of Fine Arts from Smith College, a trained dance practitioner in improvisational performance has recently transitioned into the tech realm, she successfully completed the Momentum Learning coding program, marking a pivotal shift in her career. As a seasoned artist and performer, Anna brings a unique perspective to her newfound passion for software development and user experience.

With an enduring love for design, aesthetics, and the nuanced impact of spatial organization, Anna is thrilled to apply her creative flair to the tech landscape. Her journey takes an exciting turn as she joins QL TechWorks in 2023. Here, she channels her enthusiasm into advocating for the neurodivergent community, working tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for all through innovative and empathetic software development.
